I booked this hotel by asking my friends who visited last year, and I feel glad that I asked. The location is fatastic, only 3-4 mins to S-bahn/U-bahn station-Konstablerwache. Some restaurants like Thai or Kebab just 1-2mins by walking, and also supermarket, Macdonald's, and starbucks. It's very near Zeil, and so you could do shopping without carrying heavy shopping bags for long time. The hotel vibe is very young and fashion, moreover they provide free cold drinks, fruits and gummies in lobby, and also suprisely provide water bowl for pets(very pet-friendly). Specially thanks to provide paid early check-in, it's very helpful to whom just finished long flight. Although I didn't take the breakfast and go grab a drink at Bar, I still think they would provide good service. You could apply for some amenities like extra chargers or anything more than you thought! They clean my room every day and provide a bottle of free water, coffe caspules and various tea. I would definitely come visit again if I got chance to visit Frankfurt again. I love this hotel!

We had an early start on our last morning and only had time for a quick cup of coffee but the staff happily gave us bags to pack up a couple of rolls and a danish for our journey excellent. Location was great everything is walkable. Our room was of a good size and equipped with both a kettle and nespresso machine. Don't forget to pack your favourite tea bags. Bathroom had a selection of toiletries along with both dressing gowns and slippers. Had a chat with Marta who made suggestions to visit and places to eat. Excellent info we would have definitely missed the Chinese Gardens if she had not advised us. Thank you.

Having never been to Germany/Frankfurt before, we chose the Avani based on a very decent price for 2 rooms and 2 nights. 5-10 min walk into the main shopping area with the MyZeil Mall, Primark close by. The Frankfurt zoo was only 12 mins away on foot so very central for our planned visit. The rooms were VERY nice and the bathroom was extremely spacious and comfortable. Bath robes on hand was a nice touch. We had an issue with our card/key but the staff sorted out very quickly and easily. Off site, but very close parking nearby was useful too, especially after long periods of driving/travelling. A very clean, but not clinical place to stay. Would definitely choose this venue again should the opportunity allow.

Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive, and patiently addressed all our questions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend this hotel!

All the staff is very kind; I only know the name of one person at the reception, Helen, super helpful, but everyone from the room service staff to the restaurant and breakfast staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast is super: lots of variety of sour and sweet food; you can even get fresh omelette done on spot. I ate a couple of times at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good. Location is also great, with bus and metro stops very close, and an amazing choice of restaurants just around the corner. I'd gladly use this hotel again.
